Education:

1986-1993 – Yerevan State University, Faculty of Archeology, Major in Arabic language and literature

Work experience:

On August 19, 2021 presented Letters of Credence to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky

June 2021-present – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine

2019-2020 – Press Secretary of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia

2013-2019 – “Armenian National Congress” party, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee

2008-2013 – “Armenian National Congress” party, responsible for foreign relations

2006-2008 – Head of the Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Press Secretary

2004-2006 – Head of the Press Relations Division of the Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia
