Bilateral Relations

General information

The diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and Ukraine were established on December 25, 1991.

The Embassy of RA in Kiev opened in 1993 (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of RA to Ukraine is Andranik Manukyan/2010 april 26)

The Embassy of Ukraine in Yerevan opened in 1996 (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Armenia is Ivan Khukhta) /2010 July 22/.

Trade and economic relations

The turnover between the two countries in January-December of 2014 amounted 212 908.9 thousands US $, in comparison with 241 736.8 thousands US $. of the same period of 2013. The rate of increase amounted 88.1 %:
